Estate Administration
While it is important to have an estate plan in place before death it is equally as important to have an estate administrator after death. At the time of death, a person’s estate consists of all the assets and debts a person carries. Collecting and appraising assets, paying debts to creditors, and distributing the remaining estate can be a complicated long process which may include probate and laws that are specific to each state.
